Payment Options
All Major Credit Cards are acceted via Pay Pal, one of the most secure ways to pay on the internet. Please note that you are not required to have a Pay Pal account to use this payment option.
We now accept Money Orders, to process your purchase with a money order contact us for instructions at info@anticatreasures.com We recommend that you add the items that you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and once complete copy and paste the shopping cart image and send it via e-mail to us.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days of payment received/clear. We ship once weekly on Saturdays, occassionally we'll ship on various days of the week. Antica Treasures is a small family business, this is the reason behind shipping once weekly, I appreciate your understanding. If you have an urgent request, please let us know.
International Orders
We ship to Internationally via USPS Priority Flat Rate Options as is the only service that picks up in our Studio. If your order doesn't fit in these quoted rate (4 lbs) you will receive an invoice for the difference, for pricing see details online at www.usps.com/prices/priority-mail-international-prices.htm If you wish to obtain shipping information in advance please feel free to e-mail me at info@anticatreasures.com

Insurance is responsibility of the buyer, if the goods are lost or damage once they left Antica Treasures, we are not responsible to reimburse ore re-send the package. If you treasure your purchase, please request insurance at info@anticatreasures.com

We combine shipping. Occassionally the shopping cart shipping charges are not accurate, in the event of an excessive charge you will receive a credit. Handling time, cost of materials and postage are part of shipping cost.

Returns
Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. You are required to contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@anticatreasures.com please include your order number and a description of the situation. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Shipping charges both ways are covered by the customer and not refundable.
Holiday Items are not returnable!
Wholesale Policies
You are required to have a valid and verifiable business license in order to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must apply through our Wholesale Page (lower left hand side of page). Once you are approved you will be provided with our Policies. Please note that policies and prices are subject to change at Antica Treasures discretion. Additional charges may apply for shipping according to order weight.
