Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days of payment received/cleared. We are shipping items on Saturdays. If your order needs to be expedited please leave us a note during checkout. Some items are produced when ordered. Antica Treasures is a small family business and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
International Orders
We ship to Internationally via USPS Priority Mail as is the only service that picks up in our Studio. For pricing see details online at www.usps.com/prices/priority-mail-international-prices.htm. If you wish to purchase from us and you live abroad, please e-mail us at anticatreasures@hotmail.com; so that we can provide you with instructions. Shipping cost is an estimate if additional charges apply we will invoice you for the difference.
We are not responsible for the loss of packages; therefore, you buy at your own risk.

We ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (3-5 business days)

Insurance is responsibility of the buyer, if the goods are lost or damage once they left Antica Treasures Studio, we are not responsible to reimburse or re-send the order. If you treasure your purchase, please request insurance at anticatreasures@hotmail.com.

Occassionally the shopping cart shipping charges are not accurate, in the event of an excessive charge you will receive a credit. Please note that handling time, cost of materials and postage are part of shipping cost not only the usps fee.

Returns
Jewelry is considered a personal item; therefore, non returnable.
Other returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. You are required to contact us within 24 hours of receipt at anticatreasures@hotmail.com please include your order number and a description of the situation. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Shipping charges both ways are covered by the customer and not refundable.
Holiday Items are not returnable!
Wholesale Policies
You are required to have a valid and verifiable business license in order to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must apply through our Wholesale Page and mail us a copy of your business license. Minimum wholesale order is $150.00 and re-orders $100.00. Please note that policies and prices are subject to change at Antica Treasures discretion. Additional shipping charges may apply for shipping according to order weight.
